Already regarded as legit Top 100 national player for a few years now, 6-4 2021 TyTy Washington (AZ Compass Prep/Chandler AZ) has really been on a mission to improve on that status.  Using the Pangos Best of Arizona League as his platform (and personal playground), TyTy has really shown improvement in all aspects of his game and his confidence has skyrocketed.  Washington is currently nationally ranked #75 by the 247Sports.com composite, #83 by ESPN.com and #102 by Rivals.com.

Strong and physical lead guard has deep 3-point range and the strength to finish in traffic inside. Underrated defender, athlete and passer too.

Washington averaged 21 ppg at AZ Compass Prep after arriving on the Chandler AZ campus last December. TyTy has built on that production averaging a league high 28.1 ppg including a 50 point explosion (good for tops in the league as well).  That stellar play has not only made him a strong candidate to garner league MVP honors but has also earned him an invite to the 2020 Pangos All-American Camp scheduled to take place August 28-30 in Las Vegas NV.

TyTy’s offers so far include Auburn, Maryland, USC, Arizona State, TCU, New Mexico, Creighton, Ole Miss, Marquette, Oklahoma, TCU, San Diego State, Virginia Tech, St. Louis, DePaul, Grand Canyon and Minnesota. That list is certain to grow even further this summer.
