Quick PG with nice scoring skills had 26 points (11/18 FG; 3/6 3FG) & 6 assists in one of his camp games here. Pin-point passer with legit 3-point range is a shifty ballhandler that can elude defensive pressure.

Isaac Hagens                   6’6″    2027   Poly (Long Beach CA)
Hagens is an emerging name in SoCal’s junior class. Rugged and physical swingman has a confident 3-point stroke and is a swiss-army knife slashing through the lane to score. Very good student reminds me a little of James Cotton (Long Beach State/Seattle Supersonics) – originally an inside player that is making the transition and developing into a big wing.

Nikolas Koudsi                6’2″    2027   Malibu (CA)
I love the growing confident perimeter stroke of Koudsi.  Nikolas had 9 threes in his 2 games here including a personal game-high of 28 pts (6/11 3FG). Very good student is an underrated distributor too.

Zion Leonard                   6’3″    2027   Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach CA)
Younger brother of Clippers star forward Kawhi Leonard has very good scoring confidence and has improved his ability to find open teammates.  Zion had 19 points, 8 boards and 6 assists in the Best of the Best Game.

Reese Nicol                      6’5″    2028   Ellington (CT)
I really liked what I saw out of this rangy and savvy young WG with crafty ball skills and innate scoring ability. Very good student had 16 points (7/12 FG) & 7 rebs in his 1st game here. New England player to track in 2028.

Uzo Nwapa                       6’4”    2027   The Meadows School Las Vegas NV)
Athletic and physically defined wing is an excellent defender and fantastic student at a prestigious high-academic school. Uzo was very efficient in the Best of Best Game – connecting for 4/4 FG en route to 8 points and 4 boards in 18+ minutes in the Best of Best Game.

Taylan Owens                  6’1”    2029   Canyon View (Goodyear AZ)
High-scoring lead guard torched the nets all camp long here – had camp-high 45 points/7 boards/3 assists to go along with a 30 point/7 rebound/7 assist effort in his 2 games here.   Wired to score.

Brooklyn Ross                 6’7″    2027   Aquinas (San Bernardino CA)
Co-MVP of the Pangos Best of SoCal League continued to demonstrate here why I believe that he has one of the highest upsides in SoCal’s 2027 class. Athletic slashing scorer with a nice touch from distance had a signature game of 25 points and 8 boards here.

Kalou Rout                       6’9″    2028   Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City UT)
Young and promising Rocky Mountain big man is active on the boards and showed real ability to score consistently on the block. Showed his long-term potential with a monster 26 points (13/14 FG) and 8 rebounds in his 2nd camp game.

Kyle Sanders                    6’11”  2028   Campbell Hall (Studio City CA)
Still developing on the offensive end, Kyle is already a force to be reckoned with as a premier rim-protector.  Sanders had a game-high 4 blocks in the Best of the Best Game.

Abdel Shamseldin                     6’2″    2026   Elev8 Academy (CA)

Owen Stearns                  6’3”    2027   West Warwick (RI)
Strong and physical WG with potent perimeter stroke was a major revelation here. Owen has that East Coast toughness and has nice feel and court presence.  Impressive in the Best of the Best Game – leading all scorers with 22 points (5 threes)

Elijah Tuupo                     6’5″    2028   Democracy Prep (Las Vegas NV)
Assertive and physical WF is an excellent defender and competes on every play.  Efficient scorer had 8 points (4/5 FG), 3 assists and 3 steals in his Best of Best Game appearance. .
