In the Top 30 Game it was game co-MVP 6-3 2024 Adam Njie (Eduprize Prep/Gilbert AZ) scoring a game high 29 points (23 in 1st half) to spark White Team past the Black squad 112-99 while 6-4 2024 Zoom Diallo (Elite Prep/Issaquah WA) added 15 points while 6-9 2024 Malick Diallo (Juan Diego/Draper UT) had 14 points and 6-4 2024 Mercy Miller (Minnehaha Academy/Minneapolis MN) contributed 12 points. The Black team was led by game co-MVP 6-5 2024 Seven Bahati (Los Altos/Hacienda Heights CA) had a team high 16 points while 6-2 2024 Styles Phipps (St. Mary’s/Phoenix AZ) had 13 points and 6-4+ 2025 Elzie Harrington (St. John Bosco/Bellflower CA), 6-7 2024 DeShawn Gory (Hillcrest/Riverside CA), 6-0 2025 Gavin Hightower (Windward/Los Angeles CA) and 6-7 2025 Kade Bonam (St. John Bosco/Bellflower CA) all chipped in with 10 points.
In the Top 60 Game, the Black squad outlasted their White counterparts 87-72. Game co-MVPs were 6-4 2025 D’andre Harrison (Perry/Gilbert AZ) who scored game-high 12 points for the winners and 6-1 2025 Jason (JJ) Mandaquit Jr. (Iolani/Honolulu HI). 6-2 2024 Terrence Hill Jr. (Roosevelt/Portland OR) had a game-high 14 points for the White.
While this is a recap of the event, please keep in mind that this is a very early look at underclass prospects that have much room for future growth and are all “unfinished” products.
Listed below are the Top 30 Game selections (in alphabetical order):
Top 30 Cream of the Crop Game Selections
Connor Amundsen 5’11” 2024 Clovis North (Fresno CA)
Savvy high-scoring lead guard has a knack for getting buckets and plays with a high level of confidence. Received his 1st offer recently from Fresno Pacific.
Seven Bahati 6’5″ 2024 Los Altos (Hacienda Heights CA)
Bahati is an athletic WG possessed with an accurate jumper and the propensity to disrupt defenses with his long arms and quick response to the ball. Bahati has developed good rotation and touch on his shot and is an underrated passer and unselfish teammate. Seven competes with passion and has an excellent work-ethic, Bahati’s team-high 16 points led his Black unit in the Top 30 Game and earned him a share of game co-MVP honors and capped off a great camp where he is was a contender for top soph prospect in attendance. Received his 1st offer recently from UC-Santa Barbara and has received interest from the likes of Washington, Oklahoma, Washington State, Texas Tech and Loyola Marymount. Tyler “Tybo” Bailey 6’3″ 2024 Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson VA)
“Tybo” came to this camp from the East Coast and didn’t waste this opportunity to show out, earning a well-deserving spot in the Top 30 Game. Bailey has a quick 1st step off the dribble and natural scoring instincts. Legit D1 recruit has Wake Forest, Creighton, Temple, North Carolina A&T and Hampton offers and unofficially visited UCLA right after the conclusion of the camp.
Tee Bartlett 6’9″ 2025 Mater Dei (Santa Ana CA)
Huge inside presence is still just a young pup and has real HM potential as a post player. Tee has good touch and footwork around the cup and is a very underrated passer. Older brother Derick Newton played at Harvard-Westlake/North Hollywood CA and at Stetson.
Lonnie Bass Jr. 6’6″ 2025 Rancho (Las Vegas NV)
Strong as an ox PF can finish through contact down low and is a physical rebounder and defender.
Jai Anthoni Bearden 6’6″ 2024 Raymond S. Kellis (Glendale AZ)
Athletic forward is quick in transition and bouncy around the cup. Top 30 Game selection has underrated jump shot and is among Arizona’s Top two 2024 high school prospects (along with Styles Phipps) at the moment. Bearden has an offer from Portland.
Kade Bonam 6’7″ 2025 St. John Bosco (Bellflower CA)
Strong and versatile forward gets a lot done on both ends of floor. Very good interior scorer, aggressive rebounder and nice passer. Kade will form a formidable 1-2 duo with fellow HS freshman teammate Elzie Harrington at Bosco over the next 4 years. Bonam had 10 points in Top 30 Game.
Malick Diallo 6’9″ 2024 Juan Diego Catholic (Draper UT)
One of the biggest stock-risers here was the blue-collar PF Diallo. Long and very active post-player runs well baseline to baseline, scores at a high clip around cup and competes on every play. Diallo received his 1st D1 offer a few days ago from BYU.
Zoom Diallo 6’4″ 2024 Elite Prep (Issaquah WA)
One of top lead guards here was definitely Zoom. Physical and fast in transition as well as off the bounce, Zoom is also a harassing defender and above average rebounder for size. Deserving Top 30 Game pick is a soon to be national name in 2024 class and has a bevy of offers from likes of Washington, Washington State, Fresno State, Southern Utah, Montana, Cal Poly and Portland.
James Evans 6’6″ 2024 West Ranch (Santa Clarita CA)
Monster effort on the camp’s opening day from Evans turned a lot of heads. When he wasn’t dunking on defenders, he was raining 3s from downtown. Scoring Hybrid-F with strong physique and plenty of bounce is starting to come into his own! James 1st offer this past summer from Southern Utah won’t be his last.
Miles Goodman 6’9″ 2024 O’Dea (Seattle WA)
Miles was one of the most intriguing long-term prospects here. Long and agile postman was active on the glass and as a rebounder and rim-protector. Goodman also showed nice ability to finish off the catch inside the paint.
DeShawn Gory 6’7″ 2024 Hillcrest (Riverside CA)
Gory is a slithering swingman that can slash and score! Improving jump shot bodes well for future recruiting value. Reminds me a little of Eddie Jones (style/physique). Gory had 10 points in Top 30 Game and plays for Kool-Aid Perry’s Inland AAU program.
Jayden Harper 6’7″ 2024 Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks CA)
Love the way Harper is blossoming into a multi-position HM player. Skilled and smooth operator with the ball, Harper also has a silky jump shot and emerging athleticism. Now is a very good time to buy this stock in this Alemany (Mission Hills CA) transfer!
Elzie Harrington 6’5″ 2025 St. John Bosco (Bellflower CA)
Elzie’s very impressive play here and flashes of his enormous potential as a elite HM lead guard with length, top-shelf skills, veteran poise (never seems to get sped up) and overall IQ made an everlasting impression on all the national/regional scouts here. 247 Sports’ Eric Bossi remarked: “he was the one guy at the camp who clearly jumped out as having the potential to be a nationally elite recruit. It is way too early to start thinking about how I would rank that class, but experience also tells me that there probably aren’t many better high school freshman guards who are more complete than Harrington is at this stage.” I agree! Elzie has all the ingredients to be a Top 5-10 player in his 2025 national class and a West Coast name that will soon garner elite HM attention coast to coast. Video-highlights:
https://twitter.com/trigonis30/status/1444128023620509702
Trevor Hennig 6’3″ 2024 Mount Si (Snoqualmie WA)
One of the top performers here on Day 1, I was very impressed with the skill and talent of Hennig. Very good court and scoring instincts, Trevor has nice feel and really knows how to play. Trevor can get his shot off in traffic, can effectively slash and score and is sneaky athletic.
Cameron Hiatt 6’3″ 2025 King’s (Seattle WA)
Smart and heady SG makes sound decisions with the ball. One young Pacific Northwest guard to keep an eye on in 2025 class.
Gavin Hightower 6’0″ 2025 Windward (Los Angeles CA)
Crafty and confident lead guard with excellent long distance stroke. Gavin (one of the very top freshman guards in the West) had 10 points in Top 30 Game.
Robert Hinton 6’5” 2024 Harvard-Westlake (North Hollywood CA)
Strong and assertive wing with size and legit scoring ability. Excellent student earned spot in Top 30 Game with his consistent play.
Marcellas Jackson 6’5″ 2024 Del Campo (Fair Oaks CA)
Jackson’s impressive effort on the camp’s Sunday morning when he faced off against two of the best freshmen (as well as players) here in Elzie Harrington and Kade Bonam catapulted him into the Top 30 Game (his huge 3 with seconds left propelled his Utah squad over Wash State for the W and made several key winning plays on both ends down stretch). Athletic 2-way swingman can score in bunches and gives max effort on defensive end.
Austin Maurer 6’11″ 2024 Cascade Christian (Medford OR)
Skilled and agile Big with plenty of upside. Austin has good hands and a soft touch on his face-up jump shot. Terrific student is shaping up as a potential Pac-12 NW target.
Mercy Miller 6’4″ 2024 Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis MN)
Mercy is quick and athletic off the bounce and plays with great confidence. Houston commit is also fluid in transition and has nice shooting stroke. Eric Bossi (247Sports) comments: “He drilled several threes and whether contested or not he was letting them fly. A pretty creative ball handler and good athlete, Miller also mixed in some impressive drives to score and got out in transition where he was finishing above the rim.” Top 50 national caliber prospect.
Darrell Morris 5’9″ 2024 Crean Lutheran (Irvine CA)
Quick and crafty point guard can get through space off the dribble and is a pesky defender that competes every game.
Adam Njie 6’3″ 2024 Eduprize Prep (Gilbert AZ)
Break-out weekend here for this shifty and high scoring guard. Njie has a feathery touch and a 5th gear off bounce you can’t teach. Adam can create his own shot off use of a nifty hesitation dribble and when he is going full-speed downhill at defenders he is hard to contain. Finished off impressive camp with 29 points in the Top 30 Game, earning Game co-MVP honors with Seven Bahati. New York native has offers from Utah State, Florida International and Manhattan.
Trent Perry 6’3″ 2024 Harvard-Westlake (North Hollywood CA)
Sharpshooting lead guard with underrated on-ball playmaking skills and excellent academic credentials. Perry has an early offer from Cal Poly with interest from Stanford, Notre Dame, San Diego State, Washington, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount and Santa Clara.
Styles Phipps 6’2″ 2024 St. Mary’s (Phoenix AZ)
Phipps has great feel and playmaking instincts as well as a dangerous mid-range pull-up jump shot. Underrated on-ball defender’s fine play as of late is making a strong case for a high national ranking. Veteran national scout Van Coleman labeled him as the best pure point guard in camp. Styles (who played last summer at the 17u level with Belmont Shore) has offers from TCU, Hampton, Portland and Western Illinois and interest from Washington State, Arizona State, Washington, Grand Canyon, St. Mary’s, San Francisco, Pepperdine, Boise State, UC-Irvine and Eastern Washington.
Tyrone Riley 6’4″ 2024 St. Pius X/Matthias Academy (Downey CA)
Fast rising lefty lead guard with very improved 3-point stroke. Riley is also a rangy defender that is also effective scoring off the bounce. Father (Tyrone Riley Sr.) was California State JC Player of the Year at Los Angeles City College and would later go on to play at University of San Francisco.
Jovani Ruff 6’5″ 2025 Poly (Long Beach CA)
Promising wing guard with length and legit scoring ability. Definitely a name to track in this class.
Jaden Steppe 6’7″ 2024 Tualatin (OR)
It was my 1st look at Steppe and I liked what I saw. Assertive WF with smooth and accurate outside shot impressed scouts here enough to warrant a Top 30 Game selection.
Tyran Stokes 6’5″ 2026 Rancho Medanos (Pittsburg CA)
Young wing with strength and savvy beyond his years. Competed very favorably with older players here and played impressive enough to merit a Top 30 Game berth.
Dallas Washington 6’7″ 2025 St. Francis (Mountain View CA)
Dallas definitely made his mark here as a HM name for the near future. Skilled forward with very nice length and terrific upside! Son of Nelson Washington – founder and director of the Bay Area Ballers AAU program of the 1990s and 2000s which had among its alumni the late Patrick Dennehy (Baylor) and Senque Carey (Washington/New Mexico) who is now an assistant at Long Beach State.
Noah Williams 6’6″ 2024 Village Christian (Sun Valley CA)
Slender swingman with potent scoring ability. Another promising player in Paul George Elite program.
