Below is a look at the Best of Best Game players selected starting with the game co-MVPs Mahamadou Diop and Siincere Hudson and followed by the rest of the Best of the Best Game participants in alphabetical order:

Best of Best Game co-MVPs

Mahamadou Diop            6’10”  2027   San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel CA)
One of the premier rim-protectors in the nation and my choice as the top Soph (2027) prospect in Southern California. Diop is mobile in transition and active in the half-court and has shown soft touch around the cup as well as the range to stretch defenses.  Physical rebounder with impressive ability to finish with authority at the rim anchored SGA’s CA Division III state title squad this season (had 20 points/7 boards in title game). Mali native’s 16 points/10 rebounds in Best of Best Game here earned him co-MVP Game honors and stamped his ticked to the 2025 Pangos All-American Camp in June (he was one of the very few HS freshmen invited last year).

Siincere Hudson              6’2″    2027   Inderkum (Sacramento CA)
Talented lead guard with quickness on the ball and the passing skills and savvy to orchestrate a team’s offense with effectiveness.  Siincere has nice mechanics on his jump shot with range and touch too. Hudson was outstanding in the Best of Best Game (14 points/6 rebounds/3 assists) earning him co-MVP Game honors with Mahamadou Diop.  One of the best soph lead guards on the West Coast with high-major potential.

Rest of Best of Best Game Participants (in alphabetical order)

OJ Blankson                    6’8″    2026   TSF Prep (Atlanta GA)
Versatile and assertive WF came out of the gates on fire – exploding for a whopping event-high 47 points (20/30 FG; 5/11 3FG), 11 rebounds and 3 assists in his first camp game.  Athletic and active in transition, OJ finished his impressive camp with 15 points in the Best of Best of Best Game.  Blankson’s great play here did not go unnoticed as word of his terrific play spread fast as he re-classified to 2025 and committed to Cal Baptist the week following the camp.

Will Bryson III                  6’4      2026   St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs CA)
Athletic WG can slash and score with best in his SoCal class,  Bryson’s camp high was 16 points (5/9 FG; 2/4 3FG) to go along with 4 assists. Very under the radar SoCal junior.

Joseph Burts-Riggins     6’3      2026   Fairfax (Los Angeles CA)
Joseph is a “slash and score” WG that can put points on the board and plays hard both ends” Camp high was 15 points (7/9 FG).

Tristan Collins                 6’5″    2027   Harlan (San Antonio TX)
Rangy wing with size and agility has a versatile skill set to go along with his more than ample athleticism.  Very nice upside. Southwest junior for mid-majors on up to track.

Oumar Dabo                     6’8″    2028   San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel CA)
Dabo is one of the most underrated freshmen in SoCal with a nice blend of athleticism and skill set.

Gavin Dean-Moss             6’2”    2026   St John Bosco (Bellflower CA)
Quick and crafty combo-guard has very nice scoring instincts and is a very pesky defender.  Dean-Moss was one of St. John Bosco’s key role guys down the stretch of this past season and looks to play a even bigger role for SoCal’s expected #1 squad next season.  Gavin had a camp-high of 21 points (2 threes) here.

Miles Duda                       6’7”    2028   C.M. Russell (Great Falls MT)
Young and skilled forward with nice shooting touch and nifty footwork on the block plays at the same HS as did Josh Huestis (Stanford/NBA). Great student (4.0 GPA) had 21 points (9/14 FG: 2/3 3FG) and 7 rebounds in his 1st camp game here.

Godson Eyita                   6’9      2027   St Joseph (Santa Maria CA)
Bulky post-man doesn’t mind being physical in paint and is active on the glass (had 7 boards in Best of Best Game).  Sets good ball screens in P-n-R action.

Lydell Farmer                   6’5″    2026   Clovis East (Clovis CA)
Long WG with nice perimeter shot and quickness and athleticism in transition. Central Valley sleeper rebounds well and is a rangy defender.

Dalen Felder                     6’3″    2026   Bullard (Fresno CA)
Strong WG with a sturdy frame hit the game-winning shot in Best of Best Game in OT.  Felder had 11 points (5/10 FG) in Top Game and had a camp high of 14 points.

Braylon Franklin              6’3”    2026   Salesian College (Richmond CA)

Cooper Harris                  6’0”    2027   Timpanogos (Orem UT)
Sharp-shooting lead guard with very nice basketball IQ.

Taj Ingram                        6’6″    2028   Westchester (Los Angeles CA)
Younger brother of high-scoring 2026 guard Ty Ingram has nice length, scoring skills and immense upside.  Impressive all camp long including in the Best of Best Game – where he connected for an efficient 16 points (7/11 FG; 2/5 3FG) and grabbed 5 boards.

Ty Ingram                         6’3″    2026   Westchester (Los Angeles CA)
Muscular WG is wired to score and had 16 points (6/10 FG: 2/5 3FG) in Best of Best Game.  Camp-high was a 27 point (4 threes) outburst earlier in the day.

Tariq Iscandari                 6’5″    2026   St John Bosco (Bellflower CA)
Well-built swingman is athletic in transition and has the tools to be a lock-down defender.

Acen Jimenez                  6’1“    2026   La Habra HS (La Habra CA)
Acen is one of SoCal’s best kept junior secrets. Savvy and polished playmaker has terrific ball skills, can set table for teammates well and can also score from deep range – had a camp-high 31 points (12/20 FG: 5/11 3FG), 2 assists and 0 TOs here.  Terrific 4.0-plus student.

Dario Johnson                 6’2″    2026   Great Oak (Temecula CA)
Dario was one of the surprises at the camp – playing with max-effort, attacking the rim with force and rebounding well in traffic.

Josiah Johnson               6’4″    2026   Mayfair (Lakewood CA)
One of the emerging sleepers in a deep 2026 SoCal class is a big lead guard with a terrific burst of speed off the bounce. Improving shooter is a very good student too (3.7 GPA). Camp-high was an efficient 17 points (6/11 FG; 2/4 3FG) and 4 assists and Josiah topped off an impressive camp with 9 points/7 rebounds/2 assists in the Best of the Best Game. Both parents (Ronald and Crystal) played basketball at Long Beach State. UC-Irvine is among the schools quickly recognizing the talents and upside of this promising prospect.

Max Kipper                       6’5”    2026   George School (Newton PA)
Strong and physical wing can score in traffic and rebounds well for his size.

Tyler Lopez                      6’5“    2026   Los Alamitos (Los Alamitos CA)
A fast-rising name in SoCal junior class, Lopez is a hot-shooting WG with deceptive bounce at rim. Tyler had a signature 35 point (4 threes) effort in 1st game here. Stock-riser hails from same HS as Landry Fields (Stanford/NBA/NBA GM) and Ali Ton (Davidson/UC-Irvine assistant). Lopez was a key contributor (13 points, three assists and four steals) on this year’s Los Al CIF-SS Division title squad that beat Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach CA) in the Final.

Jonas Oware                    6’9″    2026   Poly (Long Beach CA)
Very improved big man is becoming a bona-fide rim-protector and rebounder with developing post scoring skills.  Tremendous student (4.5 GPA/honors courses) is a prime Ivy/Patriot League target.

Luke Paulus                     6’1″    2028   St. Francis (La Canada CA)
Young scoring combo-guard with very nice court instincts and deep and accurate 3-point range.   Nephew of former Duke PG/Syracuse QB Greg Paulus.

Maccoy Pond                   6’6      2026   Issaquah (Issaquah WA)
Pond is a smooth swingman that can slice to the rack off the bounce or dial from deep. I really like Pond’s perimeter versatility and ability to make plays at both ends. Maccoy scored 27 pts (10/16 FG; 6/8 3FG) in 2nd game today and was an easy selection to the Best of Best Game.

Kingston Porch                6’6”    2026   Sequoia Pathway Maricopa (Maricopa AZ)
Swingman with long arms and agility is a very improved jump shooter and underrated passer. Porch turned in a camp-high 23 points and 5 assists here.

Phillip Reed Jr.                6’1″    2029   Los Angeles CA
Only an 8th grader, Reed has future greatness written all over him.  Physical and strong lead guard with athleticism, accurate mid-range pull-up jump shot and tenacious defense. Reed had a camp-high 19 points (8/12 FG; 1/1 3FG) and 6 assists. Sought after incoming freshman by most of top SoCal HS programs.

Amare Snipes                  6’2”    2026   Cardinal Hayes (Bronx NY)
Good 3-point shooter (had 3 threes in 1 camp game) had a camp high 16 points.

Mohamed Toure               6’8″    2027   San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel CA)
Strong and physical PF is a factor on the glass.  Tough and assertive defender can score in traffic.

Romyn Waugh                 6’6”    2026   Oakland (Oakland CA)
Waughn is a long and athletic swingman with a downtown 3-point stroke. Waugh had 22 points including game-winning 3 in sudden death OT (his 4th three of the game)

Rodney Westmoreland    6’0″    2026   Santa Margarita Catholic HS (CA)
Quick PG can really push ball in transition and can hurt you with the 3-ball if you give him too much room on the perimeter.   Rodney had a camp-high of 19 points.

Andrew Williford              6’5”    2026   AZ Compass Prep (AZ)
Long and rangy WG has very nice scoring instincts.  Texas native plays for Houston Hoops in the Nike EYBL (averaged 17.7 points per game last weekend in the league’s first session in Mesa AZ). Andrew has offers so far from TCU, Oklahoma State, Arizona State, Texas A&M, San Jose State, Loyola of Chicago, Lamar and Sam Houston State.
